Q: Do you supply free samples before bulk ordering ?

A: If the sample quantity is not big ,we can provide for free. If big ,we need to charge sample cost .Then freight cost should be covered by yourself .

Q: How do I pay for my order ?

Q: How soon can I get my order after payment ?

Q: Can you help to provide printing design artwork on the packaging ?

A: Yes ,if the customer have design requirement ,we have a professional  design team and experienced designers to satisfy your needs .

Q: Can you provide us the customize our own ingredients and compositions ?

A: If the customer have specific ingredients/compositions wish to use ,we can have our R&D department to synthesize a sample ,and then test the stabiity of the ingredients .If it is special ingredients ,we can also help to procure it,as long as it is in compliance with China govemment's regulation.

Q: Can we consign the ingredients to Duoyan?

A: As long as the consignments are in compliance with INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients), MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), CAS NO. and COA (Certificate of Analysis), and they are legal ,safe, stable and no hazard for consumer to use,we will accept it .

Q: Once the product is complete ,does it require certification from the government ?

A: As long as customer's products does not contain any "medical"application,Duoyan do not need any certification for manufacturing service .

Q: If we have a physical product, can Duoyan duplicate it ?

A: Due to the product is already a synthesize item ,even the most sophisticate equipment cannot exactly identity its composition ration; Thus ,we can only create the closest item through smell,its quality ,application and sample testing .
